Bagging Films

Bagging film for autoclave lamination is a high-performance multi-layer polymer film designed to form vacuum-sealed bags that encapsulate laminated glass assemblies during the full autoclave cycle (typically 6–8 hours).
It maintains air-tight integrity under pressure and elevated temperature, ensuring defect-free bonding between multiple glass and interlayer layers in ballistic and security glass production.
MTC supplies premium bagging films from specialized manufacturers in Asia, qualified for long-duration ACV cycles.
